SHOT WILDLIFE

Encounters with animals, insects, weeds, reptiles and spiders

Marrar huntsman spider

On this blog are various photos of large huntsman spiders and most were shot at Brucedale.

I was interested to learn this year that the name of the nearby town of Marrar comes from the Wiradjuri word for a large spider.
